#2 – Three States in One Day
Begin on Route 66 in Troy and head east to East Nassau. Take a left onto Route 20 (East) in New Lebanon. Take Route 22 (South) to Route 102 (East) – crossing-over into Massachusetts. Stay on Rt. 102 through Stockbridge and into Lee, Ma., enjoying the amazing views of The Berkshires. In Lee 102 becomes Rt. 20 (East). Take a right on Rt. 8 (South), through Otis, Ma, and past Tolland State Forest. Stay on Rt. 8 (South) and cross-over into Connecticut. Take a right onto Rt. 44 (West) in Winsted, Ct. Stay on Rt. 44 through North Canaan and Lakeville and cross back over into NY. Take Rt. 22 (North) as you make your way home home. Take a left onto Rt. 203 (West) in Austerlitz and proceed to Chatham, where there are several great places to grab a bite/beverage – you earned it!
